La ubicación y lo cómodo del departamento

No dieron respuesta a mis inquietudes, la cama estaba sin sábanas no había confort y dudé si las toallas estaban limpias

It was very new, modern and nice layout. Very central and 100 feet from the metro.

They need to explain the trash detail. I had been taking my trash outside and 5 days after I moved in, someone told me that the trash goes in a bin and recycling on the same floor. Needs a toaster and ice cube tray- I had to buy my own ice tray. I found it quite ridiculous that one has to sign up for a 2hour window for the pool with a limited of 10 people. I never saw even 4 people out there. It’s a bizarre rule. The fact that the key has to be left in the lock every time I left the property. Once in a while I couldn’t open the key lock. It was frustrating. No one ever contacted me after I asked many times about maid service. I found sheets, towels and toilet paper in a bag in the closet so I helped myself. That was not a hassle but the fact that I never received a response?

Todo muy bien, limpio y acogedor

Con mi pareja nos hospedamos en el departamento y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El sector y la ubicación eran muy buenos y seguros, con muchos minimarkets alrededor. Nos encantó el lugar, era muy completo el departamento y tenía todo lo escencial para pasar unas vacaciones cómodas, volveríamos a quedarnos ahí en el futuro y lo recomendamos totalmente. La atención por parte del Sr. Claudio Armijo fue excelente; siempre mostró disposición ante cualquier duda que tuviéramos y fue muy atento. Estamos muy contentos con la experiencia que tuvimos.

Como detalle menor y a gusto personal, las cortinas dejaban pasar mucha luz por las mañanas.
