Spacious,clean,relaxing caravan nice decking with table and chairs,beds very comfortable...
T.v in the bedroom had intermittent signal loss and made viewing anything difficult..but wasn't a big issue...

The location and the layout of the caravan
The caravan had rubbish left in the bin
The shower mat was soaking wet & shower gel left in the cubicle , not cleaned at all, looked like someone had not long had a shower. Dirty spoons left outside on the table and veranda. Shower was cold then boiling hot so washed 4 month old baby in the sink so not to scald him .
