Beachfront Condominium in Tulum

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the low season so it wasn’t even close to full. Right on the beach. Beautiful caleta and cenote. Pools were nice. Excellent, friendly, service. Good food at the beach resort. Good location.

Only one AC in the bedroom, had to purchase a fan to blow air into other room. Even then, we froze in the bedroom and others were too hot in the other room. Rain came in through our door and was all over the floor. There was a bit of trash on the grounds (not nearly as bad as off property), but kind of a shame that a little more effort wasn’t put into keeping a beautiful location pristine.

Location and rooms

The pool was closed during seaweed season and I wasn’t warned about it. I complained to staff but I’m still waiting for an answer.

El servicio del personal es muy calidad desde el guardia de la entrada, el hostess, camareros, en general todo el personal. Las mañas es hermoso mirar el amanecer, con el mar enfrente de ti, cerca del hospedaje está la playa club y restaurante, la atención de los trabajadores es muy amable! La caleta es sin duda una maravilla ! El cenote es espectacular, las piedras que están ahí son muy resbalosas y la trasparencia del agua es una belleza. Pesar al sargazo se disfruta la estancia; si tu objetivo es relajarte y alejarte un poco de ruido de la ciudad es el lugar ideal.

El sargazo, es un tema que está fuera de las manos del personal pero mi experiencia hubiera sido más que perfecta de no haber sido por eso.

No pulizia. Struttura molto isolata e fuori da Tulum. Ambiente da rimodernare
