Das Apartment hatten wir für ein Wochenende gebucht. Wir benötigten es lediglich zum schlafen, zum frühstücken und zum duschen. Dafür war es gut. Die Lage war für uns ebenfalls gut, da wir eine gute Anbindung zur Autobahn hatten. Die Küche bzw das Apartment war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet und der Parkplatz super, da es sonst vermutlich schwierig geworden wäre mit der Parkplatzsuche.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Wohnblock im ersten Stock und mitten in einem Wohnblockgebiet, dass sollte man wissen. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und die Sauberkeit im Bad ist auch ausbaufähig. Die Lüftung bzw der Abfluss im Bad rochen extrem.

Nur das nötigste vorhanden, keine zusätzlichen Decken, obwohl diese nur sehr dünn waren, kein Salz, kein Fön, kein ordentlicher Schwamm/Geschirrtuch

Kommunikation mit Agentur war sehr gut. Aus der kleinen Wohnung wurde viel gemacht, das Bett war Z.B. sehr bequem, der Schrank geräumig.
Das Haus selbst, die Nachbarschaft und die Entfernung zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (ca. 30 min.) rechtfertigen den hohen Preis einfach gar nicht. Max. 70 € / Nacht wären angemessen, aber sicher nicht 117 € Anfang Juni. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist furchtbar, sobald man die Tür zur Loggia in der Küche öffnet, riecht es nach Rauch und das Bad ist wirklich extrem klein. Zudem gibt es z.B. keine Müslischalen, kein Sieb etc.
