Schöner Willkommensgruss, Parpklätze direkt bei Unterkunft, sehr schöne Grösse der Unterkunft.

Großzügiges,helles und freundliches Apartment in bester Lage zur Innenstadt. Trotzdem so ruhig gelegen, daß wir nachts die Fenster offen lassen konnten. Die kleine Küche war ausreichend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das gesamte Apartment sehr sauber. Parkplatz im Hof inclusive.

Everything was perfect, extremely good, except the lock of the apartment

It was a self check in process that went smothly. The entrance to the building and the apartment are controlled by electronic locks, I am not sure if in germany but in other places this type of lock is strange. On top of that the door of the apartment was quite weird to open and it hadt it's own trick. I tried to come inside the apartment for 20 minutes and I didnt manage. It was the combination of the weird lock and the by itself tricky door to open. I finally managed to get inside ignoring the absolutely wrong recommendations from customer service (customer service: turn to the handle to the right and push ; the solution: pull and then turn to the left ) They must change the locks otherwise they will end up with guests sleeping in the street
