- 3rd Bedroom has two Twin size beds, a desk with chair and closet
- The 2nd Bathroom located in a hallway close to all rooms
Living room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, Smart TV 55" inches, spacious dinning room for 6 people connected to backyard.

Kitchen has appliances, bunch of utensils and dishes, tea, coffee, spices and more.
Outdoor space: Fenced private gate around the house, 1 table with 6 seats with umbrella, 1 table with 2 seats, 2 sun lounge chairs with umbrella.
Pool: Oversized pool (No Fence around the pool), so children must be supervised at all times during backyard activities.
Parking: Private Driveway for 2-3 cars
Smoking: Smoking is allowed in a backyard. No kind of smoking/vaping are allowed inside of the house.
