Our prime location means you’ll be a few steps from the beach, and only a 5-minute drive from SJU Airport, 10 minutes from the buzzing Condado area, 15 minutes from the historic Old San Juan and just 45 minutes from Rio Grande and Fajardo home to award winning golf courses and resorts and the breathtaking El Yunque Rainforest.

Highly recommend! Gracious host, easy check in, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect size one bedroom condo for a couple or small family. Very close to airport, restaurants and a grocery store. We used uber for transportation around town. There is a mini market in the condo complex also. The complex of 2 towers is a mix of full time residential and some short term rentals. We found it was a relatively quiet neighborhood and pleasant people around the area. Felt very safe. The condo unit has been renovated and photos in description are very accurate. We loved the small balcony with a table and chairs so we could enjoy breakfast outside! Even when it rained, we could still sit outside since the balcony was covered. Nice place to view the beach and pool area. Washer/dryer was a really nice feature in the rental. Hosts provided some starter amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent. The hair dryer came in handy too. There are 2 small beach towels provided. Also, there’s 4 camp style folding chairs for beach, a cooler and a beach umbrella. We didn’t cook at the condo but there looks to be plenty of cooking utensils and pans. Host was extremely fast to respond when I had questions. All in all, a great experience and clean, comfortable rental!

Owner was very responsive the apt is beautiful spacious clean bright modern. Right next to Royal Sonesta and El San Juan hotels, 24 hr pharmacy across the street. Beach has chairs and umbrellas to rent. Def recommend. Thx Ric!
