About this house rental
Our house is located in an appealing oasis of tree and foliage subdivision with immediate access to highway I-123 and I-76 to Clemson Death Valley Stadium (3 miles away). Rick Erwin's restaurant and a Joe's New York Pizza Place are in walking distance from our house.
The house itself is a 2 story appealing building located on top of the hill, with concrete driveway, ample parking, green front and backyard.
There is a deck in our front yard and a huge screened porch overlooking the in-ground blue pool and backyard. Our house offers a relaxing ambiance inside and out. Watch your game on 55" Smart 4K TV, grill your favorite burgers and hot dogs on our charcoal grill, cool yourself on our swimming pool, sleep comfortably at night on beds featuring memory foam mattresses, have breakfast on our newly renovated kitchen featuring coffee maker, toaster/oven, microwave and full kitchen. Pool will be open till the end of September. Guests can use pool and backyard at their own risk. Owner should not be held responsible for any injuries.

Great house. Pool really added on a hot SC weekend. HOWEVER the TV didn’t work. We wanted to watch football in the evenings and despite several calls to the property managers we could never get it to work.

Although a bit dated, this house was very clean and served as a great home base for a Clemson weekend. Given the poor weather for gameday, the screened in porch proved to be an oasis to spend the afternoon. You need to bring your own washcloths, soap, and anything more than basics for the kitchen. We would consider coming back for a future stay.
