Villa Smeralda 9 is one of the apartments in a holiday complex near Olbia and can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The child-friendly apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair. Outside, you will find a shared garden with a large pool, a barbecue, and typical Italian fruit trees. The property also hosts horses, ponies, chickens, and turtles, making the resort especially suitable for families with children. The center of Olbia, about 5 km away, offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Some beaches are around 20 minutes by car or about 21 km away.
