About this house rental
Enjoy easy access to everything you need in this well-located accommodation. Just 4.8 km from the tourist center of Campos do Jordão, Capivari (the most popular area in town), and just a few meters from the commercial center. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc.
Simple house with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, and parking for one small or medium-sized car (some lower cars may not fit).
Our house is undergoing renovations in the outdoor area to better serve our guests. It's important to note that this does not affect the interior of the house, and all infrastructure such as showers, toilets, sinks, etc., are functioning normally. The house matches the photos.
We do everything with love and care to make our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Access to the back of the house (upper part of the property) is not allowed.

Heaters are not provided, for safety reasons.
