About this house rental
With over 3,800 square feet of living space on 2 levels, this is the ideal layout for multiple families. The main level includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and open concept dining area/great room featuring a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The bookcases flanking the fireplace are fully stocked with games, books and DVD's to make your stay even more enjoyable. The knotty pine sun room just off the kitchen is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or take in the amazing lake views. The lower level walkout offers direct access to the lake and has a fully equipped kitchen with island, dining area with seating for 12, and family room with stone fireplace and 58 inch smart TV. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms each with 2 queen beds, a unique split-bathroom and a bonus room for the kids.
Outside you'll find a sprawling lawn perfect for yard games (corn hole and ladder ball included in rental), multiple furnished patio and deck areas, a Hotshot smokeless fire pit and gas grill. Watch the beautiful sunsets from the bench on the expansive dock or set out for a little adventure on the paddle boards (2 included in rental.) Lake-facing screen porch and outdoor shower add to the charm of this beautiful setting. George Lake is the perfect size (230 acres/3 miles of shoreline) to enjoy boating, swimming and all sorts of water activities in the summer, or ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter. It also offers some of the best fishing in the area! Bring your boat, or throw a line in from the dock and see what you catch! 2 car garage plus room for up to 4 more vehicles on driveway. There is also additional space for boat/trailer parking. **Pontoon and boatlift pictured are no longer on property.

-We do not allow parties or events of any kind. This is a family friendly home and we accommodate respectful and mature renters only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 14 and we kindly ask all guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum Sunday-Thursday, after10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, midnight-8 a.m.
-Pets: We charge a $150 fee for up to a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs are the only type of pet allowed at this property. They must be leashed & supervised at all times when outdoors. Under no circumstance are they allowed to roam or enter bordering properties. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. If this situation exists guests will remove dog(s) from property as soon as possible at their own expense.
Any violations of the above policies, including hosting a party, will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Accessibility: 36 inch main level front door with 2 inch threshold is able to accommodate most wheelchairs.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, having 2 full kitchens was great for our group of 9, the access to a very clean lake was super as well as close to a town for other needs. There were some boat and jet ski action but nothing out of the ordinary. We fully enjoyed our stay!

My family, including our dog, stayed for a week. This property is great and very comfortable! Loved the dock, with the paddle boards attached, and there was plenty of fish for the kids to catch. We couldn't find the ladderball yard game as listed in amenities but instead a croquet set. Many options for outdoor seating (and inside), whether your visiting with family or want an area to yourself. ;) Loved the sitting area down by the lake, which provided shade!
Convenient location. We would stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this very spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped and welcoming home. We were amazed at the thoughtfulness put into every detail in making our stay a memorable one. The outdoor and indoor activities, toys and games made it fun for our entire family from the 1 year old to the 65 year old, no matter the weather. Thank you!
