Le Rondini is a comfortable property located on the same estate as La Capinera, in a beautiful and undiscovered area only at 3 km away from the village of Montopoli.
Le Rondini is equipped with all items needed to enjoy a very relaxing holiday such as the air-conditioning in all bedrooms a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi connection and Satellite TV. It has been restored to a very high standard preserving the original Tuscan country style with beamed ceilings and original cotto floors.
A particular feature of this property is the spectacular private swimming pool (salted water), without doubt one of the best in our program. In front of the house, under a lovely covered terrace, there is a dining table for al fresco dining. While the back of the house is a cosy veranda for relaxing. Le Rondini is a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from the highway connecting Pisa to Florence. Resident cats in the neighbourhood.
Cleaning service is included 3 hours a day, 3 days a week.
The following might be to be paid extra: Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.

We (4 adults, a toddler of 15 months and a sheep poodle) have enjoyed the wonderful house and especially the pool for 14 days. Nothing was missing.

Wonderful spacious Tuscan villa with an amazing walk-in pool and an astonishing view on the Tuscan hills. Great location and a great house to share with friends and/or family.

Just to let you know that we all had a wonderful week in Rondini house! Everything was perfect and the swimming pool is really amazing. We enjoyed our vacation a lot! The choice of the restaurant Hotel Quattro Gigli was really terrific, great food and very kind , attentive service! We even went back a second time.
I like to thank you again for everything you have done for us and your kindness and hopefully we will meet soon again!
