About this apartment rental
IMPORTANT!! BEFORE YOU BOOK, please read the entire listing and confirm to me that you have read it and agree to what you have read. 1) This is an upstairs unit and there will most likely be guests staying in the downstairs unit beneath you so it is asked that you will be mindful of noise.
The only shared space is the driveway where you will park. You will have your own deck, bbq and firepit. Entry doors are on opposite sides of the building.
Also, when booking, please include an introduction message about yourself and and anyone else included in the reservation.
Cozy but spacious 720 ft2 studio apartment located in a quiet cul de sac in Paradise Estates. Propane fireplace and wall heaters, ceiling fan. The Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier is just 5 miles away. Through this entrance you can traverse the park to the Stevens Canyon entrance and out to Ohanapecosh and on to Sunrise. A very beautiful drive with many trails along the way. There is no timed entry to the park this year 2026. Dog friendly hiking in surrounding areas outside of park. 1-2 dogs welcome upon approval depending on size and breed. Pet fee is per dog.

I had a great stay. It was a quiet location and the space was very well taken care of. Lindley communicated proactively, made sure we had the information we needed, and has a great, comfortable location. I'll look to stay again in the future!

Absolutely lovely neighborhood and lovely house. The provided hairdryer was a wonderful surprise. Lindley was an extremely helpful and amazing host!

The kitchen was great. We really didn't use it but everything was there. There was a really nice fireplace and the beds were comfy

Host is a little neurotic about their rules. Wrote me angry messages about leaving two coffee mugs and a dish in the dishwasher (that we washed), and charged me 50 because the bed sheets that we stripped and put in the basket with our used damp towels were wet. Really strange. Location is pretty good, safe place. Clean. Not ADA friendly.
