Nestled just 70 meters from the lakeside swimming area, the villa combines cozy comfort with modern convenience. In summer, enjoy the calming presence of nature and easy access to the lake. In winter, ski trails run right next to the villa, and you can reach the ski slopes with a scenic 300-meter walk across the frozen lake—or about 4 km by road to the full range of Himos services.

Spacious, well-equipped, and surrounded by peaceful scenery, this villa is a year-round haven where both relaxation and adventure await.
