It covers an area of 22.5 hectares and has a circular walking trail equipped with educational panels and trim trail.
The location of the house is good starting point for visit various types of beaches and places... sandy beach in Medulin, pebble beach in Verudela/Pješčana uvala or Nature Park Kamenjak with natural beaches, National Park Brijuni...
