About this apartment rental

The PARQUEMAR III-IV complex consists of four blocks of six heights, with a large common garden area surrounding the swimming pool, offering a Squash court and a tennis court. Some apartments have covered parking. Located in the North area, on Avenida de la Mota No. 37, just 65 metres from the fine sand of Xeraco beach. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.



Beautiful and spacious apartment on the third floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a shower-toilet, independent kitchen and comfortable living room with access to a large glazed terrace facing Southwest.



The apartment is ideal for enjoying pleasant family holidays, as it is located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 800 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
