About this house rental
The Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Saint-Alban, very close to the sea, this charming house with an area of 126 m² and which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is made up of a pretty living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of around 170 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 43 m² with TV
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190)
- A bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub
- Two separate toilets
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of 170 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 30 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture for 8 people and barbecue.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, a town close to the sea (5 minutes from the house), in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from close proximity to all essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes
