- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

- Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.

Our family travels to the area often due to travel sport commitments. This property is by far the best we have stayed in thus far and a great value for the quality, amount of space and location. The space is virtually brand new, includes a very large, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which would be ideal for large families or multiples. While we did not have the opportunity to use the other facilities, we did drive by and they appear to be just as nice. We needed flexibility in our reservation and the host was able to accommodate with very little advance notice. They were friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property!

The property was exceptional. Really great layout and really clean. My only comments would be the location of the listing was not accurate. We were looking in VRBO for a property close to Lake Minneola in Clermont, which is what appeared when we did our search. The actual address was located about 30 minutes southeast of that. Not terrible, but a bit misleading. Check in was fine but we did have to call to get our check in video, as a QR code is needed to access the property. Other than that, it was great.
