Two Connecting Rooms with a Large Terrace of 40 sq.m. for Your Exclusive Use, located on the first floor. One room with a double bed and the other with two single bed (or a double bed). The private bathroom features a window and a bathtub with a shower. Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a fridge, air conditioning, and ample free parking.
Both rooms have access to a large terrace of approximately 40 sq.m. exclusively for your use, furnished with a table and sun loungers.

MARANO LAGUNARE is a typical fishing town 5 km from the Agriturismo “Loggia degli Artisti”, it is the ideal place if you want to taste fresh fish dishes and here you will find characteristic places.
Near the "Loggia degli Artisti" farmhouse you can find other renowned typical restaurants where you can eat good fresh fish.
1 km from the “Artists' Loggia” there are many other typical restaurants and pizzerias where you can eat typical Friulian dishes, grilled meat, fish and pizza starting from €15.00 per person.
Dishes can also be ordered from restaurants and enjoyed comfortably on the terrace, in the park or on the panoramic terrace surrounding the swimming pool.
