Private terrace and large grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. Adjoining the owners' farm, this authentic country farm is accessible via a flat, stone-paved, and accessible 200-meter path. It opens onto a vast, unfenced plot of 3000 m², ideal for fully enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the landscape. The exceptional mountain panorama and the surrounding calm make it a true haven of peace. The nearest shops are in La Féclaz during the tourist season, or 13 km away in a supermarket for your daily needs. In the heart of a natural setting of meadows and forests, 4 km from La Féclaz, this charming country house welcomes you with its vast terrace and large grounds, ideal for recharging your batteries in any season. In winter, enjoy the Savoie Grand Revard Nordic ski area, with its 150 km of cross-country and skating trails, crisscrossing the villages of the massif, as well as the downhill ski slopes of the family resort of La Féclaz. Snowshoeing and hiking trails are also accessible, some of which start directly from the cottage. In summer, explore the massif through numerous hikes suitable for all levels.
