Nestled in the Center of Eugene, this professionally designed Luxurious penthouse condo with an Eastern View over the city from every room is a beautiful and welcoming retreat. Walkable to downtown, restaurants, bars, groceries and much more. This is a great location! With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed, a wall of mirrors, room darkening drapes and a large dresser. The beautiful living room boasts an electric fireplace and a balcony patio make this property a relaxing atmosphere for a wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of a long list of amenities like a fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, heating, AC in both living room and bedroom, clothes washer & dryer in the unit and an iron. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
