Enjoy a tranquil and luxurious experience in this beautiful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage near central Cambridge. New to Vrbo but well established reviews on other platforms.The cottage boasts a modern open plan living space with Victorian features, contemporary furniture and an outdoor garden room with a dedicated office space.

This property is suitable for up to four guests, ideal for relaxing/romantic getaway or executive stay.


A private driveway for 2 cars is available and bike storage can be arranged on request. Central Cambridge is a 6 min drive or 10 min bus journey to the city centre. The property is also located near Addenbrookes Biomedical Campus, Botanical gardens and historic collages. Centre walking distance of 20-25 mins.


Inside the property is a lounge and dining areas which leads to a well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine & coffee pods. On arrival, tea bags different types of coffee, milk, wine, eggs jam, and bread will be provided as a welcome and a thank you.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one large bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. The second bedroom has luxurious twin beds , double mirrors, dressing table and wardrobe.

Between both rooms is a shared family bathroom with bath/ shower, toilet & cosy underfloor heating. Hair dyers provided in bedrooms.

Outside is an enclosed patio space for dining and a beautiful garden room and work space. When not working it is an Ideal space for reading a book or choosing a board game to play from a varied selection.

Garden furniture for dining provided with plenty of shade.

All spaces within the home and garden are accessible to guests. Sorry, parties or events are not permitted.

Other things to note

Transport

Buses run every 10 minutes into the city centre, the nearest bus stop is located across the road less than 2 minutes walk away from the property. Taxis are accessible by apps such as Uber, local ones listed in guidebook.


Children

Unfortunately, the Cottage is not suitable for toddlers due to limitations on space, small objects and equipment provision such as high chairs, cots, stair-gates are not provided due to lack of storage facilities.

If bringing a baby to the cottage, please bring your own travel cot and suitable bedding. Extra soft towels and nappy bin can be provided on request.
