• Garage: One garage bay is available for guest use. It fits typical sedans and many SUVs. Very large SUVs, full-size trucks, and long-wheelbase vehicles (e.g. some full-size Expeditions, Suburbans, extended vans) may not fit—plan to use free on-street parking in that case.
• Street parking: Additional free street parking is available around the home; groups with multiple vehicles should expect to use street parking for extra cars.
• Not a large private lot: This is a city neighborhood; parking is garage + street, not a dedicated parking lot for many oversized vehicles at once.

Dining Area – Seats up to 8; great for meals, meetings, or group hangouts.
Bedroom 1 (Queen) – Cozy queen bed with a large private en-suite master bathroom.
Half Bathroom – Conveniently located for guests.
SECOND FLOOR
Second Living Room – Includes a pull-out sofa bed, TV, and board games—ideal for movie nights or extra sleeping space.
Bedroom 2 (Queen) – Comfortable queen bed with closet storage.
Bedroom 3 (Queen) – Another inviting queen room with plenty of space.
Bedroom 4 (Two Bunk Beds) – 4 total beds, perfect for kids, families, or groups; generous closet included.
Full Bathroom – Clean, spacious, and stocked with essentials.
OUTDOORS
Hot Tub (Seats 6) – Private and perfect for relaxing anytime. No glass or smoking near the hot tub. $500 fine for violations.

Quiet, residential neighborhood. Everything is easily accessible by car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).
Hot tub service: Our hot tub technician visits every Monday morning, enters from the backyard only, and does not enter the home.
Check-in: Self check-in via the front smart lock.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Max occupancy: 12 guests (no additional visitors permitted).
• No parties or events of any kind.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property.
• Pet-friendly: One well-behaved pet allowed with prior approval. Non-refundable pet fee: $75. Please supervise your pet and clean up after them.
• Owner has a private storage closet in the downstairs half bath — access is not permitted.
