Outside, relax in the private garden surrounded by olive and fruit trees, a covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen—ideal for dining and unwinding. The shared pool measures 6x3 meters with a depth of 140 cm, complete with umbrellas, deck chairs, and sun loungers for your comfort. There is also an outdoor solar shower. Pool use is allowed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The property offers parking for 6 cars. Events are not permitted, and only registered guests at check-in may stay. Please note the outdoor area is under video surveillance for security. Guests are asked to keep the bathroom, barbecue, and kitchen clean, and to return garden furniture and items to their original place. Quiet hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from midnight to 7:00 a.m.
