Set in a quiet Loveland neighborhood, this home is minutes from Boyd Lake and Carter Lake for boating, fishing, and hiking. Downtown Loveland’s dining and breweries are close by, and Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are just a 45-minute drive for mountain adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Shaded backyard with a flagstone patio, string lights, fire table, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, dog run, and an elevated deck. Cornhole is provided, and the home backs to a shared greenbelt—please keep dogs leashed.
INDOOR LIVING: 55” Smart TV, dining table with seating for 8, board games, ceiling fans, indoor fireplace, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a half bath on the main floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Two car garage and driveway parking for three vehicles.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
CAMERA DISCLOSURE: For the safety of our guests, this property features a camera at the main entrance(s). The camera is outward-facing and does not look into interior spaces.
