Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No diving or running near the pool area.
No glass or breakable items in or around the pool.
No loud music or disruptive behavior – please respect neighbors.
Shower before entering the pool to keep it clean.
Dry off before entering the house to avoid slips or damage.
No pets in the pool.
Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
No swimming during storms or if lightning is present.
Please close the gate screen door when not using the pool.
This home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the house, just like every hotel. Tampering with these cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund

Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the pool as part of your stay! (there will be no refunds due to debris entering the pool)
