Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available, additional street parking available.
• Firepit is no longer available at this property.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entrance and front yard,
o (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back entrance and back yard,
o (3) located at and actively monitoring the left side of the home,
o (4) located at and actively monitoring the right side of the home.
• This home is pet friendly. We love hosting furry friends, but to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
o Pre-Approval required, 2 pets maximum: All pets must be approved before booking. Please tell us your pet’s breed, size, and age.
o Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet applies per stay that is not included in your final booking cost. This covers extra cleaning. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless safely crated.
o Furniture & Bedding: no pets on beds, couches, or other furniture (even if they promise to be careful).If your pet sneaks up, please bring/use your blankets or covers.
o House Training: Only fully house-trained pets are allowed. Accidents must be cleaned immediately.
o Noise: Please keep barking or whining to a minimum so neighbors aren’t disturbed.
o Yard & Outdoor Areas: Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outdoor bin. Failure to do so will result in extra fees.
o Damage: You’re responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, or chewed items.
o Allergies: Out of consideration for future guests, please ensure the space is free of excessive fur or odors before checkout.
o Local Rules: All pets must be leashed when outside and follow local leash laws.

The house was perfect. The light switches confusing. The TV’s wouldn’t work for some reason, something about needing a cord? But we didn’t need them. Issues with the outdoor furniture was quickly resolved but the hot tub would not heat up and instead of just sending someone over to fix it I had to take pictures and answer questions and felt like it was my hot tub that was broken. I just wanted it fixed so it heat up and that did not happen until a week into our stay. I didn’t see the note on the picture that the gas fire table was no longer there so that was disappointing also. No hair dryer but I assumed there would be one and I shouldn’t have. But overall the house was great.
