Parties or serious noise breaches: $500 plus any additional costs. Stay may be terminated immediately with no refund.
Evidence of illegal substance use: $500 plus specialised cleaning/remediation. Stay may be terminated immediately with no refund, and may be referred to local authorities.
Pets on premises (except accredited assistance animals): $300 plus any extra cleaning or damage costs. (Assistance animals are welcome as required by law, though standard cleaning/damage fees may still apply and.)

Additional Service Charges:
Emergency call-out (outside working hours): $150
Lock-out assistance: $100 during business hours / $150 after hours
Locksmith service: Full cost of service billed directly
