About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering a self-contained, air-conditioned annexe for rent in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV, dining area and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a plancha and an iron.
Outdoor area shared with the owners:
- A shared (unheated) 7x4m swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace, overlooking the village, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A private garden of 1000 m²
- The property is fenced
The annexe is ideally situated in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, in a very pleasant setting, offering stunning views over the village. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

- Explore the fortified village of Saint-Romain-en-Viennois
- Visit Vaison-la-Romaine and its heritage sites
- Hiking and cycling around Mont Ventoux and Vaison-la-Romaine
- Discover the hilltop villages of the Vaucluse

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Avignon-Centre railway station: 1 hour away
- Avignon-Provence Airport: 1 hour away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels provided
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- The single-storey house is not included in the rental; it is fitted with security cameras
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of welcoming you. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
