✔️ Pets welcome (fee: $150 per pet; trained, leashed, attended)

✔️ Quiet hours: 9PM–8AM

✔️ Patio cushions must be brought indoors when not in use

✔️ Parking: Use designated side; leave contact if blocking

✔️ Dispose of pet waste properly

✔️ Trash pickup Thursday — place bins out Wednesday night
