If you want a heated pool or access to a barbecue, you must notify us in advance and we charge a one-time fee of $50 for the barbecue and $30 per day for pool heating.

House was clean. Great location. Communication with owner and/or property manager was fast. (Decided to have poolheated at the last minute and it was taken care of quickly.)

This was an excellent pick. Check in was very easy and the host was very communicative. Very clean and well maintained house, felt like home, spacious rooms, short distance from Disney, could'nt be better. Definitely coming back
