With an ideal location near the airport, the Chipichape shopping center, restaurants, and nightlife, this quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay in Sultana del Valle.
The Space
This apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2022. It is on the seventh floor and has an elevator, so you won’t need to climb stairs to access the apartment.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC Internet coverage and speed with a total of 700MEGAS, which is shared with other apartments.
PARKING: There is a private parking space inside the building; however, this space is subject to availability since it is shared with another apartment (also on Airbnb). Please inquire about availability when making your reservation.
BALCONIES: This apartment has two balconies—one next to the TV room, offering views of the mountains, the Cristo Rey statue, Cerro de las Tres Cruces, the Cali Tower, and the western part of the city. The other balcony is located right next to the bed and offers an excellent view to the north of the city of Cali. Due to the apartment’s elevation, you’ll enjoy the breeze coming down from the mountains in the afternoons and evenings.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping 2 people, approximately the size of a DOUBLE bed (1.40 m wide); air conditioning in the room; 65" Smart TV with standard channels, compatible with all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a set of pots, a microwave, a toaster, a gas stove with an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
ROOM: 1 room integrated into the living room.

- Split-type air conditioning
- 1.60 m QUEEN bed with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and high-quality, fresh hotel-style sheets. Night lamps with a bedside table featuring storage on the side of the bed.
- Blackout curtains.
- 65" Smart TV (the same one in the living room) with national channels; can connect to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
- Private bathroom for the room with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with a mirror, storage drawers, and a shower with hot water.
The bathroom is next to the bed
- Closet with drawers and ample space to comfortably store your luggage and clothing.
LAUNDRY: The kitchen features a washing machine available for free use, along with basic toiletries and cleaning supplies.
JACUZZI: You can enjoy this Jacuzzi on the terrace on a sunny afternoon or evening, enjoying a cool breeze with a view you’ll love.
GRILL: We have a small grill so you can grill delicious meat with your friends while enjoying the apartment’s beautiful view.

Guests can enter the building, use the elevator, and access the apartment, which will be for their private use.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present valid identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
Additional Cleaning Service:
The cleaning fee you pay when making the reservation covers the cleaning performed at the time of your departure; this does not include cleaning during your stay; however, if you would like cleaning services during your stay, there is an additional charge. Please contact us to schedule the extra cleaning at least one day in advance.
Transportation Service:
If you need transportation from the airport to our accommodation, we have trusted, qualified drivers who will pick you up, wait for you at the airport, and take you directly to our location. These trusted drivers can also help transport you during your stay in Cali.
