The space
This apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests, accommodating up to 4 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2022. The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator, so you don’t have to climb any stairs to access the accommodation.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC internet with reliable coverage and speed.
PARKING: Parking is subject to availability and incurs an additional cost, as it is shared with other apartments (including Airbnb). Please inquire about availability when booking. There is an additional cost of $15,000 per night.
BALCONIES: This apartment has two balconies right next to the bed with views of the outdoors. You’ll enjoy the mountain breeze in the afternoons and evenings.
LIVING ROOM: A comfortable sofa bed ideal for sleeping two people, approximately the size of a double bed (1.40 m wide). The room features air conditioning and a 55" Smart TV with local channels; it can be connected to all streaming platforms—such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music services—using each guest’s login credentials.
KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a set of pots, a microwave, a toaster, a gas stove with an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
BEDROOM: 1 bedroom connected to the living room.
*Master bedroom:
- Split-type air conditioning
- 1.60 m queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, high-quality hotel-style pillows and sheets, and nightlights, with a nightstand featuring storage next to the bed.
- Blackout curtains.
- 55" Smart TV with local channels; can be connected to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms using each guest’s username.
- Private bathroom with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with mirrors, storage drawers, and hot showers.
The bathroom is located next to the bed.
- Closet with drawers and space to comfortably store your luggage and clothes.
LAUNDRY: The kitchen has a washing machine that can be used free of charge, along with basic toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Guests can access the building, use the elevator, and reach their private apartment.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
