Located in Châteauneuf-de-Bordette in the heart of Drôme Provençale, this charming 70 sqm stone vacation home welcomes up to 4 guests. You will find one bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a second bedroom in the living area separated by Japanese partitions, featuring either 2 single beds of 90x200 or one 180x200 bed according to your needs. The private well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo pod coffee maker. Additional amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and mountain views. The interior features step-free access and shared table tennis is available.



Step outside to your private terrace equipped with barbecue, table, and chairs. You have access to the shared swimming pool and pool house from 10 am to 11 pm, where sun loungers are provided for each guest to enjoy under the sun or in the shade of the cherry tree. The pool area maintains a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's well-being.



Parking is available on-site. Pets are welcome and smoking is permitted. Events and parties are not allowed on the property.



Situated in the regional park of Baronnies between Nyons, 15 minutes by car, and Vaison la Romaine, 25 minutes away, you will enjoy absolute calm in an exceptional natural environment. You can explore Provençal markets in Vaison la Romaine every Tuesday and in Nyons every Thursday and Sunday from May to September. Bed sheets are provided but towels are not included. Tourist tax applies for guests over 18 years old.
