*. Step Disclosure: There is 1 step at the entrance. This townhome has three levels, which may not be suitable for guests with knee or mobility concerns.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is 1 parking space in the garage (could only fit compact size car). Free parking is also available. Please don't block the driveway.

*. AC Disclosure: There are 2 portable AC units in the 2 bedrooms. No AC in the living room.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and prohibited in the yard. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
