Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.
Bedroom 4 (Guest House): Queen-sized bed with a TV, ideal for group or family stays.
Additional Sleeping: Pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room

* 1 Half Bathroom (First Floor)

- Pool Heating: During the Winter months pool heating is available for $100/day, so long as you provide 24-48 hours notice.
- Pets: Up to 2 Pets.

Both garages are not usable due to owner and clean closets.

Check Out is at 10:00 AM
* If we dont have a same day check-in or check-out, we will do our absoulte best to accomodate different times*
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $300 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- Parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars max. 1 spot on 26th Street Entrance, 1-2 spots in alley behind house.
- Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Excessive trash requires $250 haul away fee.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!

Wonderful home! Loved that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Pool area was wonderful! Neighborhood old fashioned Florida and walking distance to great restaurants! Would definitely recommend!
