When we purchased and later furnished the YUCCA apartment, we put ourselves in our guests’ shoes, so we paid the utmost attention to every detail to ensure your complete satisfaction, dear guest.

Location was our top priority, as the apartment is located 200 meters from the Marina di Olbia tourist port, a 20-minute walk from Olbia Airport, a few hundred meters from a large supermarket, and two kilometers from the entrance to the highway that crosses the island.

We aimed to offer our guests the chance to relax outdoors in a stylish courtyard, where they can sit under the shade canopies during the day or, in the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the armchairs and sofa.

The apartment isn’t large—it has 33 square meters of interior space and the same amount of outdoor courtyard space—but we worked with the architects on the project to arrange it as ergonomically as possible.
