Welcome to your Boise getaway! This modern 3-bedroom home with a spacious loft offers 5 beds (2 king, 3 queen), thoughtfully designed for both families and groups.
The main-level king master suite provides easy access and privacy, featuring a walk-in shower, stand-alone soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in closet, and a large smart TV.
The upstairs features a large bedroom with a king bed, additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with dual vanity, and shower/tub combo.
There is an additional large loft with two queen beds, smart TV, and several toys for kids.
The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the open-concept living areas are perfect for gathering. The living room has a large sectional and additional seating chair with a Smart TV and gas fireplace. This open concept space also features the office desk for remote work.
Step outside to soak in the private hot tub, relax around the fire pit, or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table—all while taking in breathtaking city and mountain views.
Located less than half a mile from Simplot Sports Complex, this home is ideal for tournaments, family getaways, or exploring Boise. With garage parking, family-friendly amenities, and plenty of space, this retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and fun.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

The house was clean and furnished tastefully. Our son’s family lives near by and the house was roomy making it easy to entertain them during our 6 night stay. We had some communication issues with our reservation causing us some inconvenience which is why the 4 stars vs 5.

Great stay in Boise! Our host was fantastic. The home was beautiful and the view is amazing. We travel often and this home is top notch. Perfect stay!

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We had an amazing stay. Very kid friendly and a great environment to host family gatherings. It was easy to check in and check out.
