Beautiful modern bungalow tucked away in a quiet cut-de-sac, yet moments from the beach at Bacton. Sleeping 6 over three bedrooms, Stones Throw welcomes up to four dogs free of charge.
Enter the property into the large spacious entrance hall. From here there is access to all three bedrooms, the bathroom and living area.
Bedroom 1
Bright and airy bedroom with kingsize bed. There is plenty of storage with wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is also a smart TV.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two 3′ single beds. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shared bedside table. The window looks out into the back garden.
Bathroom
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Living/Dining Area
The open plan living/dining area has a dining table to seat 6. There are two large comfortable sofas, coffee table and wall mounted smart TV.
Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen has a double electric oven with gas hob, free standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Conservatory
The conservatory is accessed through the living area and a bonus chill out space. There are armchairs with footrests to enjoy your relaxing holiday! You can access the back garden from here.
Rear Garden
The rear garden is fully enclosed and secure with 6ft solid fencing or walls. It is part patio, part lawn with a lovely brand new luxury hot tub for guests to enjoy. The patio has dining table with 6 chairs and a parasol.

Parking is at the front of the property on a large gravel area and in front of the garage. There is space for four cars.

We loved our short break at Stones Throw with ERC. The bungalow was immaculately clean and smelt very fresh. Dog friendly but not at all “doggy”. Comfortable beds and sofas, completely secure back garden, and a very short walk to the best sandy beach which we mostly had to ourselves despite the amazing weather! Local cafes, a shop and 2 pubs within walking distance and not far from Cromer / Sheringham and North Walsham for more facilities. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay - one of our new favourites!

Stone's Throw is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac set just far enough back from the beach to avoid the strongest winds but near enough for a level walk round. The access to the sand is down a short wooden ramp which was perfect for our 3 small dogs who enjoyed daily walks along the golden sand stretching in both directions.The modern bungalow was immaculately clean and well equipped with a small and pretty totally secure back garden. The bonus space in the sun trap conservatory gave us ample opportunity to relax. The perfect base to explore the Norfolk coast and countryside by car or stay put and enjoy the walkable facilities nearby. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

A clean and cosy bungalow in a very peaceful location about two minutes walk from the beach. The bungalow has a secure garden and is very dog friendly. There are lots of walks from the door and a very friendly dog cafe (Watsons) on the coast road heading towards Paston.

We had a great stay at stones throw and would highly recommend. Short walk to the beach tucked away in a quiet little cul da sac with everything you need to satisfy your holiday. The whole property was pristine and the garden fully enclosed well maintained for the 4 dogs to enjoy. ERC cottages are simply the best this is our 4th cottage rental as it's great for all human and fur babies needs we wouldn't use any other properties as the quality is superb and communication is prompt and efficient. Well done ERC you knock every other company out of the park
