Both bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds, creating a luxurious and restful environment for couples, friends, or families. One of the bedrooms also includes a Smart TV, reading lamps, and additional storage for extended stays.

Clean, pool is awesome, friendly.Check in process was extremely disappointing as we were not allows on the site due to Naya Homes lack of consistent communication with Balancan Staff.We sat outside the property until Naya Homes concierge attended and dealt with the issues…took over 2 Hours.

The accommodation was as pictured.The beds were very comfortable.Balancan has beautiful grounds and pools which we really enjoyed. The workers at the front desk Nadia,Ricardo ,and Israel were very helpful and friendly.Naya Homes were difficult to communicate with and took the full amount at the time of booking.We had to write several times to VRBO and Naya Homes before finally receiving a receipt.After we arrived we were told that the Vidanta membership was 45 USD plus 10USD for a bracelet and took several days to acquire through Naya Homes.We notified NH about the dishwasher leaving white residue ,especially on glasses and cutlery .They did send someone to check it out but the issue remained so we hand washed the dishes .The weather was fantastic around 27,sunny with a little breeze every day.
