Welcome to our beautiful ranch house in Mancos. This picturesque property features 3 bedrooms; 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for your group or family to explore the beauty and history of Southwest Colorado. For additional sleeping space, we can provide up to 4 single beds in the family room. This stunning ranch house has panorama views of the LaPlata Mountains and Mesa Verde.
The ranch is 3 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park, 5 minutes from the fun and artsy Mancos downtown, and 30 minutes from Durango.
This area offers an array of hiking, biking, and horse trails as well as a variety of other historical sites such as Canyon of the Ancients and Hovenweep. This is a true hidden gem with abundant beauty and culture!
We also offer horse accommodations for equestrian guests. There are stables, watering troughs, and fenced corrals for additional cost.

The place was amazing. We had a large family gathering, and the kitchen was so easy to cook in, as well as all the spaces for folks to sit together in groups and visit made this property ideal. And nearby day trip potential is fabulous. We went for a hike in Sand Canyon the next day that was spectacular. Thank you!!!

Brooke was an excellent host and our family felt fortunate to have experienced a stay at the ranch. Every member of our family got lost admiring the treasures, books, arrowheads and pottery adorning the house, at least when we weren’t looking out at the mesa. The ranch couldn’t be more conveniently located for access to the national park, and Mancos is only minutes away. It’s the perfect location. Brooke was very responsive; the only change I’d make is to book more time at their property.

This place couldn’t be any more perfect! Clean, comfortable, and a kitchen with absolutely everything in it imaginable! Comfortable beds, pillows, and even the sitting chairs in the living room were beyond comfortable! We enjoy a morning fire in the fire pit w a cup of coffee watching the sun rise behind the mountain peak both mornings. The host left complete check-in instructions and was easy with absolutely no issues or concerns. Mesa Verde Natl Park was right next door and was about 40 min to get to the hot springs in Durango but easily accessible. Our primary goal was the park and to relax from our jobs! Highly recommend this place for a weekend get away or even a full week. We wish we had more time there as was so comfortable and peaceful. I couldn’t find check out instructions but just followed the common rules when renting a VRBO; and the rule of leaving it like you found it . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Punctual response from host if you have any questions. Will definitely be back !

If you want to stay somewhere away from town and with amazing views of Mesa Verde and the surrounding mountains, then this place is for you! Our family of eight loved our stay at Panoramic Ranch-it was spotlessly clean clean with a well-stocked kitchen, and the Southwest decor is well-done with a lot of character in both color and textures. Brooke is an excellent host--it was easy to check in and out, she was quick to respond to messages, and we had the sweetest welcome sign with fresh-picked flowers, and a bowl full of snacks! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation in the Mesa Verde/Mancos/Durango area.
