The beautiful "Schwalbennest" vacation rental (awarded a certificate by NABU as a swallow-friendly home!) is located in the municipality of Büchenbeuren in the Hunsrück region. Located on the first floor of the hosts’ own home, the vacation rental offers 90 m² of living space—plenty of room to feel right at home.
Your dog is also welcome and will surely enjoy spending the vacation with you.

In your vacation destination of Büchenbeuren, there are various shopping options for daily needs, and for leisure activities, there are many excursions and hikes available right nearby.
The central location is perfect for day trips to many different attractions, and Germany’s most beautiful hiking trails (the “Traumschleifen”) practically start right at your doorstep.
This stunning region along the Rhine, Moselle, and Nahe rivers offers a wide variety of recreational activities, so it’s definitely worth a visit.

We warmly welcome you to the “Schwalbennest,” a quiet, ground-floor vacation apartment in Büchenbeuren.
One bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and an open foot of the bed, as well as
another bedroom that can accommodate up to three people, are available for your stay. This bedroom features a single bed (1.00 m) as well as another double bed (1.40 m).
All windows in the rooms are equipped with roller shutters.
A spacious bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub has been completely renovated, and there is even a washing machine available for your exclusive use. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom for your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and a dining area invites you to enjoy cooking and dining together in a cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen appliances include an oven, a stove with an exhaust hood, a coffee maker, a refrigerator (if desired, you can use a freezer compartment in the hosts’ freezer by arrangement), a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher round out the selection.
In the separate living room, you can either watch the lovely fire in the wood-burning stove from the cozy, large couch or look out the large living room window and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Of course, you can also watch satellite TV on the flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment features cork flooring, with tile flooring in the bathroom.

If you’re arriving by car, you can park for free in the parking lot across from the house.
