Stayed 4 nights to visit Zion park. Positives:-Everything is brand new-Very clean-Awesome pool/lazy river nearby-Comfy beds-Good AC-Enjoyed the board games and video gamesDidnt like:-All communication is through generic emails from a company, cant talk to any real people or get real answers to questions-Registration process was not good, got emails from their company that we needed to pay additional fees, and go through fraud verifications immediately after we made our reservation through VRBO. -Bed sheets are horrible, so scratchy we slept on top of the blankets. -No cooking supplies other than pans/utensils, would be nice to have some oil, seasonings, basic stuff. -3rd floor, with no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb
