Step outside onto the spacious patio overlooking a peaceful, forested backyard—the perfect setting to relax, dine, or enjoy the surrounding nature.
Sleeping Arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates guests across four flexible sleeping spaces:
• Upstairs ocean-facing bedroom: King bed
• Upstairs ocean-facing bedroom: Queen bed
• Main-level bedroom: King bed with views of the forested backyard
• Office: Can be converted into a fourth bedroom with a sectional sofa that opens into a queen-size bed
Both levels feature continuous hardwood flooring, creating a seamless flow throughout the home without transitions between rooms.
Guest Amenities
Guests have private access to the entire 2,500 sq. ft. home, including the three dedicated bedrooms, optional fourth bedroom/office, modern kitchen, living and dining areas, and spacious patio and backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable meal preparation and extended stays.

The home is ideally situated for enjoying both the coast and the city:
• Tsawwassen Beach: Approximately a 3-minute walk through Fred Gingell Park
• Centennial Beach: Approximately a 5-minute drive, with shallow, warm water that is ideal for families, paddle-boarding, and kayaking
• Downtown Vancouver: Approximately a 35-minute drive
• Golf courses: Several scenic golf courses are located nearby, each offering its own unique setting and experience
• Tsawwassen Town Centre: Convenient access to major banks, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and everyday essentials

Our stay was fine. Lots of room. Comfortable. Stayed over Christmas there was even a Christmas tree.
