The ground floor features a spacious living room with wide sliding windows opening to a terrace and dining space framed by bay windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double refrigerator with ice maker, oven, hobs, microwave, and dishwasher. Also on this floor is a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms provide comfort, one with en-suite facilities, and share access to a games room with piano, desk, and children’s books and games. A large shower room serves the second bedroom.
