1.If you have a third people who needs an extra bed, I can provide a fold-out sofa bed. Just let me know in advance, and I’ll prepare the bedding and towels.
2. The unit faces east (away from the highway), so noise should not be a concern. You can also check customer reviews regarding noise levels.

Very walkable area near the grocery stores, restaurants and transportation. Jenny is responsive. The condo is as described, clean and equipped. It was a great stay. I'll definitely come back when I need a stay.
