Available exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer, this welcoming home offers an exceptional location directly on a Bromont ski trail. During the summer, enjoy easy access to the mountain, cycling, hiking and the water park, then return to the peace and privacy of your forest terrace.

Bromont is an outstanding summer destination. Spend the day at the Bromont water park, explore the mountain biking and hiking trails of Parc des Sommets, play at one of the area’s golf courses, relax at Bromont Lake’s municipal beach or discover the town’s Olympic equestrian heritage. Families can also visit the nearby Granby Zoo, featuring an animal park, and the Amazoo water park.

After a full day outdoors, prepare dinner on the barbecue, unwind on the illuminated forest terrace and s'mores around the outdoor fire pit.

Fully equipped and air conditioned, the home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a layout ideally suited for 7 adults and 3 children.

The 2 storey home features 3 bedrooms, 2 cozy living areas, a full bathroom upstairs and a powder room on the main level. An indoor gas fireplace provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere on cooler evenings.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, consisting of 1 double bed with a single bed and 2 additional single beds, plus a single guest bed in the primary bedroom.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for guests.

Guests have access to the entire home, except for a separate apartment located in part of the basement. The apartment has no interior connection to the house, has its own completely separate terrace and is located on a different level.
