The communication was excellent. The home is nicely decorated and was very clean. A fantastic location! And, the path to the beach made it very convenient and you could hear the waves in the back bedroom if the door was open. Great place!!

Dreamy beachfront cottage! Can’t beat the location, quick stroll down a well groomed private trail to pristine beaches. They had a wagon, umbrella, and several beach chairs available for use as well. Very private with a beautiful view, to be able to walk a few steps to see the stunning was absolutely worth it. We have stayed in various vacation rentals over the years but to have the privacy and location, this was our favorite. Quick 10-15min walk to the village to shop or eat. Loved The Cottage and Gabbianos. We walked a few minutes to Siesta Beach for the Sunday night drum circle which was fun. Plenty of towels, great to have the washer and dryer. My mom and two girls under 4 had a great week playing at the beach and enjoying nearby museums, parks, and islands. The host had great communication and it was easy to get questions answered, they even accommodated a pack and play for my youngest which fit perfectly in the nook of the master suite. This is truly a hidden gem and we are so fortunate to have stayed here to make wonderful memories. Would love to come again.

The house was in a great location. A short walk to a beautiful beach. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive for any questions. We would definitely stay again and have already told our friends and family about it.

The location was great, but there were several things that could be improved upon. There is a small microwave/convection/oven in the kitchen making it very difficult to cook a meal for a family. The front bedroom door does not close. as the house is not level giving little privacy to a couple. There is also no closet in the bedroom. The sliding door in the master bedroom does not open nor does the bathroom fan work. The furniture looks worn in the living room. The shared bedrooms have a very uncomfortable shower.
