Best of all, unwind on the spacious screened-in porch with a cup of coffee or evening drink while taking in the stunning river views. A peaceful getaway perfect for family and friends!
This home has been completely remodeled. It has four bedrooms.
There are two master suites with king beds, Smart TVs, and their own private bathrooms.
The 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twin beds) with 4 Smart TVs. Your kids will love connecting their gaming systems or syncing their Bluetooth headphones and streaming their favorite shows.
The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV.
The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The living room is designed with new comfortable furniture and a 65" Smart TV.
The spacious screened back porch is a great overflow seating area with a beautiful view of the May River and a Smart TV.
There are 3 full bathrooms.
There is plenty of parking for vehicles, golf carts, and your boat if you want to enjoy some time on the water! There are two public boat ramps very close to our home. The Brighton Beach Boat Ramp is 0.8 miles down Alljoy Rd. The Bluffton Oyster Boat Landing is 1.8 miles from the house.
Enjoy a scenic walk to Myrtle Island and take in the views of the marsh, wildlife, and the moss-draped live oaks.
Bring your fishing poles or your crabbing gear and walk to the Myrtle Island bridge and try to catch dinner.
In downtown Bluffton, you'll find wonderful shops, restaurants, and the occasional farmers' market set up next to the Hayward House.
The Tanger Outlets are less than 4 miles down the road and offer numerous stores for your browsing and buying pleasure!
One of our favorite things to do is head to the beach on Hilton Head Island. The closest beach access is the Folly Field Beach Park, which is about 13 miles from the house. There is paid public parking, a vending machine, and a nice walkway to the beach.
