First bedroom features 1x King bed.
Second bedroom features 2x single beds
Sofa bed available for 5th person. This will be locked unless you book for 5 people. Please notice us one day in advance.
Nestled between Latimer square and New Regent street, you are only a short walk from all of the local attractions. Park your car in your free, private carpark and explore the city by foot!

Guests must climb two flight stairs to reach the apartment.
We would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Sofabed: Our base rate covers up to 4 guests using the standard beds (1 Double, 2 Singles). The sofa bed is physically locked. If your group requires the use of the sofa bed, you MUST select 5 guests when making your reservation, regardless of your actual group size. The extra nightly fee covers the required linen and setup.
4: Please keep generally clean
5: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
6: Switch off all appliances when you are out
7: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
